- Lifting Chain: Wear resistant, heart treated, Gr., 80, IS-6216 special Alloy Steel load chian. The chain is claibrated andtested.
- Gears: Precision hob cut Spur Gears running on antifriction ball bearings are very silent and having maximum unning efficiency. The Gears are lubricated with high viscosity and high temperature resisntant greate. The gears are housed in dust-proof cast housing and ensure no further lubrication.
- Motor: The Moto will be Class 'B' insulation, IP 55 enclosue, TEFC, Hoist duty confirming to IS 325, S-3, 40% CDF, sq. cage A.C.
- Brake: The Brake is A.C. Electromagnetic "Fail in Safe" type mounte don input shaft. The brake is independent of Motor Assly. Hence very easy to adjsut operate or replace. This si unque feature of Safex "CUB" Electirc Chain Hoist.
- Hook: Forged steel hook confirms to IS 3815 and tested as per Indian Dock Regulation Act. Hooks ae provided with safety latch as standard feature.
- Limit Switches: Limit Switches are provided for over hoisting and over lowering.
- Push Button Station: Heavy duity P.B. Station designed for easy opeation, operates on 110 Volts.
- Control Panel: A Control Panel consisting of air break contractors step down transformer, limit switch eassembly ios housed in ai tight enclsure.
- Test: The Chaion Hoist is tested at 25% oveload befor edespatch, and test certificate is given with respective machine no.
